Following on from Girls In Aviation week, space week and now in support of International Girl Child Day 2021. We took 19 girls from Chisapi Private Secondary School to Chileka Airport giving them the opportunity to learn about careers in aviation. The girls got to learn about aeroplanes, fire and rescue services, meteorology department as well as Air Traffic Control. They were then treated to lunch at KIPS restaurant. We continue to empower adolescent girls promoting aviation through education, technical and vocational education in line with the United Nations Goals SDG4 SDG5 SDG10 & SDG17.
