We are delighted to share the success of our recent STEM aviation robotics outreach programme at the Joyce Banda Foundation in Malawi. Established by former President Joyce Banda in 1997, the Foundation continues to champion education and sustainable development for young people across the country.
During our visit, students eagerly explored the world of aviation and robotics through interactive workshops and hands-on activities. Their excitement was infectious as they built and operated their own mini aircraft models, discovering how science and engineering come together in flight.
This initiative is helping to build confidence, creativity and technical skills among young learners—encouraging them to see new possibilities for their futures in science and technology. We are deeply grateful to the Airbus Foundation Little Engineer and all volunteers who helped make this experience both meaningful and memorable.
Together, we are empowering young minds to dream boldly and shape a brighter future through STEM. You can visit the school website.
